Here they are, folks! Pictures! Yay! Yippee!!! Woohooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here is one of the happy shoppers after a trip to London, me and Jennifer JB!
This is West Wycombe, and I have spared you the details of this rakish garden. The grave yard was my favorite part. The headstone pic is for Bart (what do you think, babe?), then you see Jen R, Jo, and me, followed by one of Silly Daniel (who hates the camera, but loves making fun of me), and then one of Professor Barchas, who teaches my class on 18th Century Landscapes and Jane Austen.
This is Prior Park, the garden we visite don the day we went to Bath. This Palladian Bridge was absolutely amazing, and there was an amazing view of the Bath skyline built into the side of the hill, but sadly the weather hindered my camera from doing it justice.
Bath was gorgeous! The roman baths were more interesting than beautiful, but definitely worth spending time in. The Assembly Rooms, which you see the chandelier for were nice, and the Jane Austen Centre was heaven on earth.
These are from London last week, when we went to see Measure for Measure. We were hanging out along the Thames under the Millennium Bridge. That seems to be Kristen's favorite pose, and Martin purchased a bird call from a vendor nearby which livened things up quite a bit.
The rest of these are from this past weekend, and are therefore the most recent. These are from Haworth, which is where the Bronte sisters are from. The first one is a personal favorite, and if you were wondering-- the girls that those butts belong to are single, so I could hook you up if you like what you see. Then you see Peter in the town, followed by our room in the hostel, a mid-day nap, and Chad on a wall. (Chad is a good friend of mine from Dripping Springs High- Go Tiger Band! Dang...I guess I will be a band nerd for life... )
Here is our 4.5 mile trek through the Yorkshire Moors, one of my favorite places in all of England.
That night after our hike, we stayed in Eyam (pronounced eem, rhymes with steam...)
Then next day we went to Chatsworth, the Disneyworld of English Gardens. This place was nuts...but awesome at the same time.
